By using the VLinks platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Registration and Account

1. Access to certain features of the Site may require registration.
2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
3. Any activity performed through an account is considered to have been performed by the account holder.

3. Subscription Plans

1. The Site offers several plans: Free, Starter / Trial, Pro (Paid), and Business / Unlimited.
2. Each plan has its own limitations regarding biolink pages, blocks, short links, files, and additional features.
3. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the user’s choice.
4. VLinks reserves the right to modify prices; for existing subscribers, changes take effect with the next billing cycle.

4. Content and User Responsibility

1. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload or share through the platform.
2. Prohibited content includes:
3. Copyrighted or trademarked material without permission;
4. Illegal, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory material;
5. Viruses, spam, or malicious software.
6. VLinks reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

1. The Site is provided “as is” and “with available features.”
2. VLinks is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of the platform.
3. The platform does not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access.

6. Payments

1. All payments are processed through integrated payment systems.
2. VLinks does not store credit card information.
3. Refunds are not issued after the subscription period has ended, except in cases of technical failure caused by the Site.

7. Changes to Terms

VLinks reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Security

1. Users are responsible for protecting their login information.
2. VLinks implements standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against external attacks.

9. Legal Restrictions

1. The service is intended for users aged 13 and above.
2. Any use that violates local or international laws may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

10. Account Termination

1. Users may delete their accounts at any time.
2. VLinks reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate the terms or applicable laws.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be subject to the competent courts in Bulgaria.
